Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
LAS JARAS DE SAN RAFAEL SL is the DATA CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and hereby informs that such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
For what purpose do we process your personal data?

On what legal basis can we process your personal data?

How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be retained no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as legal requirements exist that mandate their safekeeping. Once no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure anonymization or complete destruction.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
No disclosure of personal data to third parties is foreseen, except if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or in download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for the provider to handle their request. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are truthful and undertakes to communicate any modification thereof.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide the USER with an optimal service. In the event that not all data are provided, the quality of the information and services offered may not fully meet the USER’s needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the appropriate information to enable them to exercise those rights.
